Ingredients :

Half a Cup of Shea Butter

Three Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Three Tablespoons of Coconut Oil

Half a Cup of Brown Sugar. You can use plain sugar as well if you do not have brown sugar

Method Of Preparation:

First heat the Shea butter in the microwave till it becomes soft. Make sure you do not melt it completely. Beat it properly to get a consistency like an icing. Now add olive oil, coconut oil and brown sugar to it and mix all the ingredients well to get a smoother fluffy consistency with blender. Your body mask is ready . Apply this mask all over your body and let it sit till it dries. Wash off or take a shower to remove the body mask. Shea butter contains moisturizing and nourishing properties which would help to hydrate the skin. Olive oil and Coconut oil helps to nourish the dry skin effectively while sugar would help to exfoliate the dead skin cells. You would not need to use any body lotion after this . Ingredients:

One Cup of Grounded Coffee

One Cup of White Sugar

Half a Cup of Olive Oil

One Tablespoon of Cinnamon Powder

One Teaspoon of Nutmeg Powder

Mix all the ingredients well and make a thick paste. Apply it all over your body and let it sit till it dries. Take a shower to wash off the mask and pat dry. One Tablespoon of Apple Puree

Two Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

Two Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar

1/4th Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder

Mix all the ingredients well and make a thick paste. Now apply this mask on all over your body and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off or take shower to remove the mask and pat dry.
