The thing is that this mask can be used by people with both oily and dry hair or skin types. Just mix together about 3-4 spoons of yogurt along with 2-3 spoons of pure and raw honey. Whip it well so that they are incorporated well. Now massage this into your hair, especially the scalp. This pack helps in fighting hair problems like dandruff, dryness, frizzy hair and many others. Leave it on for about 20-30 minutes and then wash it off.
2. Yogurt, Honey And Gram Flour Cleanser For Hair
Mix together one spoon each of gram flour, honey and yogurt to form a nice and thick paste. If needed, add more gram flour to get the right consistency. Mix together the ingredients and then apply on the face. This is a pack that naturally lightens your skin and also provides deep cleansing. Once dry, scrape off the same.
3. Yogurt And Honey Pack For Glowing Skin
This is a no-fuss pack really. You just have to take a spoon of thick yogurt because it has to be applied on the face. To this add a few drops of honey. Now massage gently on the face. This won’t be a thick paste but rather like a think layer. Let it stay for about 20 minutes before washing off.
4. Rice Flour, Yogurt And Honey Exfoliation Mask
Mix together rice flour, yogurt and honey to form a thick paste. About 1 small spoon of yogurt and honey and a bigger spoon of rice flour should do the trick. Now apply this all over the face. Once the pack is dry, start scrubbing it gently. Doing so helps in natural exfoliation.
5. Avocado, Yogurt And Honey For All Skin Types
This is a pack that is ideally suited for people with dryer skin or hair types. Mix together about half a ripe avocado that is combined with 2 spoons of honey and a spoon of yogurt. Apply on either hair or skin and let it stay for about 1 hour. It deeply nourishes the skin and provides moisturising benefits.
