Add few drops of olive oil to ¼ cup aloe gel. If desired, add few drops of essential oil of your choice for fragrance. After shampooing your hair, apply this aloe and olive oil mixture. 2. Aloe Vera And Lemon:
Washing hair with homemade shampoo that contains aloe vera gel or juice and lemon juice helps in controlling the excess oiliness of the hair. To ½-cup liquid castile soap, add one teaspoon aloe vera gel and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Combine the ingredients well and use it as your regular shampoo.

Fenugreek seed paste is traditionally used as a remedy for dandruff. It can be combined with aloe vera and applied to the scalp to remove dandruff. Soak fenugreek seeds in hot water overnight. Grind the soaked seeds and mix with aloe vera gel or juice. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair and leave it on for 30 minutes, and then wash your hair.
4. Aloe Vera, Cucumber And Honey:
Cucumber is packed with water, vitamins and minerals. It soothes the scalp and conditions the hair. Honey is known for its antibacterial property. It helps in fighting dandruff and keeps the hair soft. A hair mask made by combining aloe vera gel or juice with cucumber and honey moisturizes the hair and improves its elasticity. To prepare the hair mask you will need two peeled cucumbers, ½-cup aloe vera gel or juice, 3 tablespoons honey and one tablespoon olive or almond oil. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. Cover your hair with the paste. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse.
5. Aloe Vera And Coconut Milk:
Coconut milk is a protein rich natural moisturizer for the dry and damaged hair. It can be combined with aloe vera gel and applies to the scalp and hair. Blend a tablespoon each of coconut milk and aloe vera gel. Add few drops of rosemary essential oil and lavender essential oil. Both these essential oils are known to stimulate hair growth. Apply the mixture to your scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash your hair.
