In another way, apple honey is also a good option to try for. Its easy to prepare, take a few sweet apples, peel them and cut it into slices. Now add some water, put the gas on low heat and let it simmer for about 2 hrs. Continue this until the mixture gets completely thick and brown. After that let it cool down, store it in a jar and have 2-3 spoons daily when you feel the need.

Mix ½ teaspoon of baking soda with a glass of water. Baking soda is a natural antacid it will reduce the pain and neutralize the acid as well. Have this mixture immediately only once and it should be enough to cure the pain.
