7 Natural Remedies Get Rid Of Dead Dry Skin On Feet

As the time goes we age our skin gets darker and dull. Our feet take the pressure of the whole body thus they tend to get dull sooner than rest of the body. There are plenty of products available in the market to treat dry and dead skin of feet but the come with chemicals that can also have an adverse affect on out skin and body. 1. Coffee Scrub:

Homemade coffee scrub can be a very good treatment for dry and dead skin of feet. It exfoliates the skin and removes our dead skin easily. In 3 table spoon of coffee grounds mix 1 table spoon of honey, 1 table spoon of sugar and 1 table spoon of almond oil mix them well and apply on your feet, leave it for 20 minutes let it dry then scrub it off gently. Wash your feet with warm water. Using this scrub once a week will bring a huge difference.

2. Oatmeal Scrub:

oat meals are grainy in texture and soft as well thus it can remove the dead skin of legs easily. It also improves the skin quality and keeps the skin moisturized. Take 2 table spoons of oatmeal and yoghurt mix it with 1 table spoon of honey. Apply this paste in the circular motion on your feet for few minutes then leave it for 10 minutes. Wash your feet with cool water after 10 minutes, dry your feet and apply moisturizer. Use it twice a week for better results.

3. Orange Peels With Yoghurt:

Orange peels are a very good treatment for dead and dry skin. To store and make orange peels usable for skin dry them in sunlight and grind them and keep it in the air tight dry container. They will surely enhance the look of your dry feet. Just mix them with yoghurt and apply in affected area leave it for 10 minutes once it is slightly dry rub it off in circular motion apply this pack once a week.

4. Olive Oil With Sugar, Lemon And Honey:

olive oil is the natural moisturizer, and sugar exfoliates your skin mixing the two makes one of the best homemade scrubs for the dead and dry skin. Olive oil will also treat your dark and dull feet other than making them moist. Mix 2 to 3 table spoon of each – sugar lemon honey and olive oil use this scrub once a week for good results.

5. Almonds With Honey:

Almonds are rich in vitamins like vitamin A and vitamin E they are also antioxidants. Many almond scrubs are available in the market in heavy prices but you can make one at home to treat your dry feet. To use them soak them over night in milk for best results. Peel them and grind them next day. Add 2 table spoon of honey in the paste apply it on your neck and leave it till the paste dries. Later wash it with warm water. Use it thrice a week.

you can use both ingredients to get rid of dry skin and make it smooth and lighter. To use it Mix the two in equal quantity add a pinch of turmeric and yoghurt and olive oil. Apply this paste on dry feet once a week.

Avocados have a lot of health benefits. They are also very good for exfoliating your skin. Their seeds can easily remove dead skin of feet. Peel the seeds and remove their skin you can soak them over night to get them off easily. Dry them and grind them into the smooth powder. Mix with honey lemon and olive oil and apply on feet use it twice a week.
