You will need some green tea leaves, water and honey for this treatment.

How To Make

Boil a cup of water. After that, remove it from oven. Add a teaspoon green tea leaves in it and keep the lid on for 5-6 minutes. Then strain the water and mix a teaspoon honey in it. Mix well.

Put the milk on low flame for a very short period to make it warm. Grind the nutmeg to fine powder. Mix a teaspoon nutmeg powder in a glass of warm milk. Stir well to mix everything properly.

Take a glass of water and soak a tablespoon aniseed in it. You may add some pieces of sugar candy in it. Keep that in that position for an hour or two. Then strain the water. You may keep the drink in refrigerator for sometimes to make it cool.

4. Drink Fenugreek Water

Everyday drinking of fenugreek water helps to keep your body perfect. It also helps to function your body properly. In this way it brings a good sleep at right time.

Mix water and sandalwood powder in a bowl to make a smooth paste. In a sprayer pour ½ cup water and add 5-6 drops pure sandalwood oil in it. Shake well to mix everything.

After getting ready completely for sleep apply a thick layer of sandalwood paste on your forehead. Spray diluted sandalwood oil on your pillow cover and bed sheet. Put off the light and close your eyes.
